The Company's website and social media channels (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“) which was designed to help people release stress & anxiety and get more in touch with their authentic self through breathwork. The Website is owned by Puregrowth Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions of Use (this “Agreement“) apply to: (1) all of the products, services and websites offered by The Company, including, but not limited to, the Website; (2) mobile, tablet, internet television, or other digital or electronic versions of video or audio streams, whether available through a social networking site or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, the “Service“).

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any classes, events or activities (the“Program”) hosted, sponsored, or affiliated with The Company, I hereby voluntarily acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Terms of use

a) Acceptance of Terms. By making a booking and/or payment through our online booking or at a Venue, or by voluntarily entering your information on the Website or via social media channels, email or phone, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms as if you had agreed to them in writing.

b) Modification of Terms. Puregrowth Ltd may amend these Terms from time to time. Unless we specify a later effective date, any changes will be effective upon the posting of the updated Terms. If you continue to access or use the Site or the Classes after such posting, you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.

2. General Disclaimer

a) All products and services are intended for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website or in the content we provide to you while providing the products and/or services constitutes legal, medical or other professional advice. Use caution and always seek professional advice before acting on any information we provide.

b) We provide you with support, guidance, and tools to set goals, prioritize, and achieve results, but any decision you make and the consequences that follow from such decisions are your sole responsibility. Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, participation, desire, and motivation.

c) All testimonials and examples in our marketing materials are not to be construed as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

d) You acknowledge and agree that Puregrowth Ltd, its directors, officers, employees and agents are not responsible for your decisions or for any losses arising from your business or personal decisions at any time.

3. Fees, Billing, Cancellation

a) No refunds will be given for our online sessions, live sessions, products and/or services, including instances where you have been given access to our content or our Puregrowth Ltd community, whether or not you have had access to it. Each refund request for Retreats or other Events will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and if genuine value has not been received or cannot be received, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the Puregrowth Ltd Team.

4. Community Guidelines and Confidentiality

By joining and participating in events or in groups (referred to here as the Community for convenience), you agree to the following policies in addition to the [Terms of Use].

You agree:
a) that all confidential information shared by participants or our representatives is confidential and proprietary and belongs solely to the participant sharing it or to us.

b) that you will not share this information with anyone else or use it in any way other than in discussions with participants during training sessions. Do not share private conversations between users.

c) While you are free to discuss your personal results from our services, you must keep participants' experiences and statements, whether oral or written, strictly confidential.Do not post screenshots from the community without the express permission of the publisher of the original content.
Your information will also not be shared with third parties and will only be stored for necessary purposes.

d) We place a high value on respectful interactions. This includes respectful conversations, comments, as well as interactions between users during group sessions or events.

5. Health Disclaimer

a) You understand that there are certain inherent risks and dangers in exercising and that the classes you may attend or participate in offer a range of activity and intensity levels.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of these risks which include, but are not limited to, property damage, illness, loss and bodily injury or dizziness. You acknowledge that some of these risks cannot be eliminated and you specifically assume the risk of injury or harm.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to consult with your physician or other health care professional prior to participating and to determine if and how participating is appropriate for you.

b) Do not participate if your physician or health care provider advises against it.
If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while practicing any of the techniques, you should stop immediately.
You declare and affirm that you have no health problems that would prevent your participation in the program and you also confirm this in writing before participating in any session.

You agree to conduct yourself in a safe and appropriate manner. You agree not to participate in the program under the influence of drugs or alcohol and not to use drugs or alcohol while participating in the program.

c) Nothing explained, posted or otherwise provided on the Website, on Social Media and/or in any Session or Event is intended to be, or should be construed as, medical, professional or consultative care.
You should not rely on or substitute any information on or through the Website and/or any Session or Event as a substitute for, or replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you have concerns or questions about your health or fitness level, you should always consult a physician or other health care professional.
Never ignore, avoid, or delay seeking medical or health advice from your physician based on anything you have read or heard on or about the Site and/or a Course. Your use of any content, advice or information provided on or through Puregrowth Ltd. is solely at your own risk.

a) The materials on the Service, including but not limited to names, logos, trademarks, images, text, columns, graphics, video, photographs, illustrations, artwork, software and other elements (collectively, the "Materials"), are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Puregrowth Ltd. or by third parties who have licensed or otherwise provided their Materials to Puregrowth Ltd.

b) You acknowledge and agree that all materials on the Website, in Social Media or at Events and Sessions are provided to you for limited, non-commercial and personal use only. Except as expressly provided herein or elsewhere in this Service, no material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way or otherwise used for any purpose by any person or entity without the prior express written permission of Puregrowth Ltd. You may not add, delete, deface or otherwise modify the Material. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any Material, circumvent any security features, or use the Service or any portion of the Material for any purpose other than its intended use is strictly prohibited.
