Want to dive deeper in the meaning and benefits of the Layers of SMT Breathwork?

The combination of this layers makes our SMT Breathwork Journeys an unforgettable experience.

The different layers of SMT Breathwork

Firstly, and most importantly:

Every single layer is very powerful at its own. The combination of them provides you with an revolutionary consciousness expanding experience and long lasting results.

That´s beeing said, let´s have a little more detailed look on the different layers and their benefits.

Layers Of SMT Breathwork

1. Multi-Dimensional Sound Experience

This immersive audio experience can lead to heightened sensory perception, relaxation, and a sense of being transported to different environments or even dimensions.

It may also stimulate creativity and imagination.

Imagine it as if that cognitive landscape enhances through the accumulation of multidimensional experiences.

2. Binaural Brain Entrainment

Binaural beats are auditory illusions, an additional tone the brain creates when it is presented with two different frequencies at the same time to each ear.

These audio frequencies activate brain waves that induce certain states of mind.

They can aid in achieving meditative states, better learning or focus.

Or for example better sleep - depending on what binaural beats are used and which brain wave state is induced.

3. Isochronic Brainwave Tones

Similar to binaural beats, isochronic tones can help induce specific brainwave states and can be used to sync brain waves with the frequency you're listening to. People may respond differently to binaural beats and isochronic tones, so SMT Breathwork uses both to make sure you get the most benefit out of the experience. These tones may promote deep relaxation, integration, improved concentration, and can even reduce pain.

Like rhythmic pulses, isochronic tones are singular tones repeat at regular intervals.

Various isochronic tones are linked to distinct frequency ranges and mental states. These tones, such as alpha, beta, theta, and delta, are employed in various

For instance, delta tones are effective in promoting deep relaxation up to sleep as this is the state our brain naturally enters during sleep, while beta tones are useful to enhance brain activity, such as concentration and decision-making.

SMT Breathwork uses different beats and tones in their Journeys to support the desired effect of the journey.

4. Solfeggio Frequencies

Solfeggio Frequencies are believed to have a profound impact on the mitochondria - the powerhouses within our cells. Studies have shown that certain frequencies can induce relaxation, reduce stress, and even enhance cellular regeneration and have a positive impact on the body.

Solfeggio frequencies have been used in ancient history by both Western Christianity (chanted by the Gregorian Monks) and Eastern Indian religions (Indian Sanskrit chants).
They refer to specific tones of sound that help with and promote various aspects of body and mind health.
Dr. Joseph Puleo, a Physician and researcher, rediscovered these powerful frequencies and identified six measurable tones in the 1970s. (Later on three more were added.)

This brought their benefits (of bringing the body back into balance and aid in healing) back into public awareness.

Soon, the scientific community started to see a relationship between the type of frequencies and the range of physical responses in the human body. In 1988, Dr. Glen Rein, a biochemist, conducted an experiment that validated the beliefs of ancient spiritual traditions by studying the influence of various types of music on human DNA.

However, to understand what’s so special about the Solfeggio frequencies and how they differ from other tones, it’s first important to understand the Schumann resonance:

The reason why Solfeggio frequencies have a more positive impact on the body compared to other sounds or tones can be attributed to the Schumann resonance.

This resonance was discovered by German physicist Winfried Otto Schumann in 1952, who mathematically documented the electromagnetic resonances between the Earth's surface and the ionosphere. Schumann found that these electromagnetic waves, which originated from lightning discharges, vibrated at a low frequency of around 7.86 Hz to 8 Hz.

He concluded that this frequency represented the Earth's heartbeat and it has since been referred to as the Schumann resonance in honor of its discoverer.

Herbert Konig, a doctoral candidate who succeeded Schumann, expanded on his research by investigating the correlation between the Schumann resonances and different levels of brain activity in humans. He achieved this by comparing EEG recordings of brain activity with the electromagnetic fields of the Earth.

Konig's findings revealed that there are five brainwave states, including delta, theta, alpha, beta, and gamma, which are in sync with various activities such as sleeping, creating, and learning.

So, how do the Schumann resonances relate to Solfeggio frequencies?

The positive effects of the Solfeggio frequencies are due to their resonance with the Schumann resonance of 8 Hz. These frequencies are derived by starting at 8 Hz and gradually increasing octave by octave until the C note reaches 256 Hz and the A note reaches 432 Hz. When music is tuned to align with this frequency, it is referred to as scientific tuning.

432 Hz

According to a recent study conducted in Italy, it was found that music played at a frequency of 432 Hz has the ability to lower heart rate compared to music played at 440 Hz. This particular frequency induces a sense of tranquility and positivity, making it an ideal choice for activities such as yoga, light exercise, meditation, and sleep.

528 Hz

In a study conducted in Japan in 2018, it was found that listening to music tuned to a frequency of 528 Hz had a significant stress-reducing effect on both the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems, even after just five minutes of listening. Another study published in the Journal of Addiction Research & Therapy revealed that this same frequency also minimized the harmful effects of ethanol, the main component of alcoholic beverages, on cells. Additionally, it was observed that the frequency of 528 Hz increased cell lifespan by approximately 20 percent, which is quite remarkable.

396 Hz

Listening to music with a frequency of 396 Hz can alleviate subconscious fears, worries, and anxiety, as well as eliminate guilt and negative beliefs that hinder personal goals. This type of music is especially beneficial when seeking a more positive and empowered mindset to support your aspirations and dreams.

639 Hz

Using music with a frequency of 639 Hz helps effectively harmonize and uplift emotions, leading to improved mood and enhanced communication. This frequency is particularly beneficial for fostering love, understanding and harmony in your relationships. So if you need a magical boost of love and positivity or if you are dealing with conflicts in their relationships. - this frequency is for you.

741 Hz

This amazing frequency is related to cleansing the body, helps with problem-solving and self-expression and can awaken your intuition.

So this is for you, if you are struggling with truly living your life, eating healthy, using your creativity and speaking your truth authentically.

852 Hz

Also a “game changer” because this frequency helps “change” negative thoughts into positive (or rather replace them) and really can awaken your inner strength and intuition.
It undoubtedly brings you closer to your higher self.

5. 432 Hz Harmonic Sound Tuning

This specific frequency has the power to instill feelings of peace and well-being, it could promote intuition, help release emotional blockages of all kinds, can reduce anxiety, and has been proven to lower blood pressure, relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of tranquility.

It is believed to resonate more harmoniously with the natural vibrations of the universe. That is why It is also called “Schuhmann Frequency” aka “The Heartbeat of the earth”.

In the past, many ancient musical instruments were designed to be tuned at 432 Hz, which was the standard before the 20th century when 440 Hz became more common.

The 432 Hz frequency is particularly notable for its ability to resonate with the Schumann Resonance of 8 Hz, resulting in a deeply calming and soothing effect.

A recent study conducted in Italy, using a double-blind methodology, found that music tuned to 432 Hz actually slows down the heart rate when compared to music tuned to 440 Hz.

6. Somatic Breathwork

Somatic breathwork is an advanced healing technique that uses intentional conscious breathing from ancient and modern practices to help increase our awareness of the body.

Conscious connected breathing causes gas exchange that stimulates our nervous system and in the right context, like in a SMT Breathwork journey, can help us release trauma.

Somatic breathwork, like meditation, has a two-fold impact on us. Initially, intentional breathing soothes our body and eases our nervous system, but these effects are only temporary.
However, on a deeper level, breathing has the ability to heal the deep-rooted layers of trauma within us, leading to permanent results. Both of these aspects are crucial for overall wellness. If you seek to address trauma, it may be beneficial to engage with a proficient practitioner either individually or in a group setting.
Somatic breathwork can lead to increased body awareness, stress reduction, and emotional release. It might also promote better posture and help manage anxiety.

But why do we even have to deal with our emotions?

Regrettably, childhood experiences often lead to psychological harm and lasting emotional damage. If these wounds are not properly addressed and released, they become ingrained in the body, affecting our behavior and relationships as highlighted by Bessel van Der Kolk in his influential book, The Body Keeps the Score.
However, it is not only childhood trauma that causes harm; daily experiences of grief, sadness, and isolation also contribute to emotional pain. If we do not allow these emotions to naturally dissipate, they accumulate and add to what Eckhart Tolle refers to as “the emotional pain body”.

Somatic breathwork helps us become aware of the areas in our body where we have held onto unresolved emotions, and through intentional breathing, we activate the body's relaxation response, enabling the release of trapped emotions and tension.

So we will be able to step out of the fight, flight and freeze response and turn on rest and digest - allowing the body to relax.

Intentional breathing teaches the body and mind to naturally exist in a state of relaxed and effortless breathing, leading to a calm and alert state of being. By embracing this relaxed state, we can acknowledge and experience negative emotions, allowing them to pass through us and disappear.

Breathwork offers the advantage of bringing about immediate calming effects instead of requiring months of practice to notice a change. However, for long-lasting and transformative healing, it is likely to require a little more time and sessions than one.

7. Subliminal Hypnotic Messages

Subliminal hypnotic messages can positively impact self-confidence, behavioral patterns and dealing with some challenges and fears. It can successfully help alleviate certain conditions, such as stress, anxiety, pain and even change our current mood. In SMT Breathwork journeys we use various subliminal messages in the different journeys in order to address the specific issues with precision.

According to the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH), hypnosis is a natural and collaborative process that induces a state of consciousness similar to sleep or daydreaming. It allows access to the unconscious mind, which is the source of many of our problems and limitations, and offers suggestions for positive transformation.

CLICK to learn more about the benefits of subliminal hypnotic messages

The BSCH defines hypnosis as a potent and successful method for various conditions, including pain, anxiety, and mood disorders, as well as aiding in habit modification like smoking cessation.

It has nothing to do with these Hypnosis Shows or with manipulation. It is indeed powerful and well used, it can change your whole life for the better.

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, subliminal stimuli are not consciously recognized but still have an impact on the mind. That means that you aren't aware of them consciously, but your senses perceive them very well.
These subliminal messages are able to bypass our conscious beliefs and directly target the subconscious, preventing our critical selves from resisting them.

Subliminal messages and hypnotic suggestions can have a positive impact on behavior modification, self-confidence, and overcoming certain challenges or fears.

Subliminal hypnosis refers to the combination of hypnosis and subliminal messages, which together create a powerful and scientifically proven technique capable of transforming one's mindset and life.

Subliminal we use in SMT Breathwork are for example:

Every breath eases your anxiety.
You are in control of your thoughts.
Harmony surrounds you.
You trust the process of life.
You let go of what you cannot change.
Your heart is light and free.

9. Bioacoustic Sound Effect

These effects could enhance the overall auditory experience, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and potentially even aiding in pain management.

Bioacoustics is a field that merges biology and acoustics to study the production, transmission, and reception of sound in animals, including humans. It focuses on understanding the neurological and anatomical processes involved in sound production and detection, as well as how acoustic signals interact with their surrounding medium.

It is likely unnecessary to have a scientist persuade you that the sounds of a forest can positively impact your overall well-being. Research has demonstrated that even recorded nature sounds can decrease stress, alleviate pain, and enhance immune responses. Specialists propose that the natural sounds of the environment communicate to our bodies that there is no danger, thus promoting relaxation.

When all these layers of SMT breathwork are combined, they will offer you an exceptional sound experience, resulting in an even more remarkable experience for your body and soul

Are you ready for this experience?

This incredible weightlessness during the session was a special moment for me, one that I had not experienced in this way before.

I felt like I was somewhere in the universe, able to observe my "baggage" from a bird's eye view. It was fascinating to see how one acts when they can see themselves 🙏🏻

It was made clear to me that now is the time to live even slower and more consciously, and to pay attention to the signals of my body.

I found the layers of SMT Breathwork to be incredibly pleasant - it stirred up many emotions that I now have the opportunity to examine more closely during the follow-up.

I have let it "sink in" for two days now, and I feel very comfortable - I am very introspective, and I am looking at many things from a different perspective. Thank you for this incredible experience. ❤️😘
